Description:
Since the valve seat is composed of a carbonized Teflon seal ring and a disc spring, the full welded ball valve has a strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature, and does not cause any slippage in the marked pressure and temperature range. The processing of the sphere is tracked and detected by an advanced computer detector, so the processing accuracy of the sphere is high. Since the valve body material is the same as the pipe material, there will be no uneven stress and no deformation due to the vehicle passing through the ground, and the pipe is resistant to aging. The seal ring body is made of RPTFE with 20% Carbon (carbon) to ensure complete leak-free (0%).
Application:
1. City gas: gas output pipeline, main line and supply lines for each branch line.
2. Central heating: large heating equipment output pipeline, main line, and branch line.
3. Heat exchanger: the pipeline and each circuit are opened and closed.
4. Steel plants: various fluid pipelines, exhaust gas discharge pipelines, gas and heat supply pipelines, and fuel supply pipelines.

Features:
1. The processing of the sphere has advanced computer detector tracking and detection, so the processing precision of the sphere is high.

3. The sealing ring body is made of RPTFE with 25% Carbon (carbon) to ensure no leakage (0%).
4. Directly buried welded ball valve can be buried directly in the ground. It is not necessary to build a large valve well. It only needs to set up a small shallow well on the ground, which greatly saves construction costs and engineering time.
5. The length of the valve body and the height of the valve stem can be adjusted according to the construction and design requirements of the pipeline.
6. The processing precision of the sphere is very precise, the operation is light and there is no bad interference.
